Sled runs and dead lifts have met their match at the recently relocated Next Level Strength & Movement. The newly furnished 5,000-square-foot Fort Lauderdale facility opened its doors this summer after outgrowing its original 1,500-square-foot building within 5 1/2 years. The new space includes 1,800 square feet of fluorescent green field turf for weighted sleds, sprints and regenerative stretches, and the facility even has a physical therapy treatment room. Owner and founder Chris Campbell, one of South Florida’s first certified Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialists and Kinstretch instructors, is no stranger to creating an atmosphere that optimizes his clients’ performance; after all, he’s trained the likes of former Miami Dolphins safety Courtney Bryan and Indianapolis Colts linebacker Anthony Walker Jr. Still, he doesn’t consider a numbered jersey to be the only mark of success. “Break out of your comfort zone,” Campbell says. “Change and growth only happen outside it.” nextlevelFTL.com
