Find some religion at The Wilder with a Boulevardier cocktail. “If something is bothering you or you need to make a big decision, sit with a Boulevardier. By the time you’re done, things should become a little clearer—or not,” preaches Minister of Beverage Marko Tomovic from his pulpit, a cozy bar stool inside The Wilder’s posh lounge. The Boulevardier is a classic Negroni but instead of using gin, Tomovic includes small-batch bourbon made in Park City, Utah. This variation on the Negroni offers an alternative for the Manhattan loyalist as a spirit-forward sipping cocktail that can take the edge off after a long day. Amen to that.
