Lobster Bar Sea Grille

A twist to a margarita. The Paloma cocktail has a kick of grapefruit juice in every sip, making happy hour a hit among tequila lovers at Lobster Bar Sea Grille. “It’s good paired with the citrus ceviche with lobster, ” bartender Jami Bubnis recommends. Ingredients:

2 oz. el Jimador tequila

6 oz. San Pellegrino Pompelmo

1 tbsp. simple syrup

Lime juice

Salt rim

1 orange slice
