The Royal Old Fashioned – Everybody loves a throwback, and the Royal Pig Pub & Kitchen’s Old Fashioned cocktail is no different. Fitting into the upscale neighborhood restaurant’s warm atmosphere, its unique version of the Prohibition Era drink is one of its most popular libations. “This drink speaks to us and who we are: comfortable and classy,” says bar manager Joseph Stoeckeler.

Ingredients:
2 ½ oz Michter’s bourbon
¾ oz ginger peppercorn syrup
Muddled cherries
4 dashes of Angostura bitters
Orange peel
