Inspired by Prohibition-era cocktails and farm-to-table cuisine, mixologist Grace Kimmel expertly blends an Aperol Spritz. Executive chef Paula DaSilva recommends pairing the sophisticated staple with a seafood tower, ceviche, burrata salad or even the seasonal pumpkin dessert.
1 1/2 ounces Aperol
2 ounces Cielo Love Story Prosecco
Splash of soda water
Slice of orange
Fill wine glass with ice. Add Aperol and Prosecco and top with soda water. Garnish with a slice of orange. Enjoy!
