No drink better embodies the spirit of Brazil than the caipirinha, which will soon be on full display at the upcoming Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Served with fresh lime, sugar and the Brazilian rum cachaça, the country’s national cocktail has become one of the most popular beverage orders at Chima Brazilian Steakhouse. “You’re in a Brazilian steakhouse, eating Brazilian food, so you might as well try the Brazilian drink,” says bartender Gabrielle Marques. Whether you’re sipping on the strawberry, passion fruit or classic caipirinha, one thing’s for sure: Your taste buds will come alive with the rich flavors of Brazil.
