Good Karma Yoga at InterCon Miami with Papa Guru Nicolay Del Salto

Let go and inhale the positive energy as InterContinental Miami hosts Good Karma Yoga on Saturday, May 14 at 9AM. Priced at $25, guests can expect a one-of-a-kind yoga flow class led by Papa Guru Nicolay Del Salto on the hotel’s SkyLawn as well as sweet sounds, breathing exercises and dancing while taking in the view of Downtown Miami and the Bay. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own mat; juice and other goodies will be offered to all guests. Admission is free for InterContinental hotel guests.
