Sweet, chic and cool: the three words that Louie Bossi Ristorante’s beverage director Ervin Machado uses to describe his most popular drink, the Pineapple Martini. This conversation starter appeals to all imbibers thanks to its colorful presentation and its multilayered taste. “No two sips are the same,” says Machado, as he paints the martini with red pepper oil-infused droplets. This bitterly refreshing martini complements the South Florida lifestyle perfectly—tart and tropical.

Ingredients:
3 ounces pineapple vodka
1 ounce lemon lime
1 ounce simple syrup
Topped with spicy olive oils and pineapple
